I’m a quirky and curious New York City native, Columbia University graduate, and former Head Strategist at FITCH, obsessed with the power of design to change the way people experience the world for the better. My creative spark emerges from the magical interplay between order and chaos in urban public spaces. I also love to analyze semiotics, typographic hierarchy and public transit signage. I told you I’m quirky. When I’m off duty I like to sweat it out at Crossfit, listen to 90’s R&B playlists on Anghami, lament the demise of Game of Thrones in its final season, and come up with endless excuses to go back to Barcelona.
I’m a multidisciplinary graphic designer from the charming city of Beirut. As a Notre Dame University graduate working at the junction of minimalism and innovation, I like to craft meaningful ideas that make a difference. I’m a keen believer that design should effectively communicate a story that engages people visually and emotionally. I also have a strong aversion to bad kerning. When I’m not in front of my computer, you can find me cooking, hosting dinner parties, sipping tea, playing board games, or cuddling my dog.
A fine arts graduate from the Philippines, I’m a graphic designer — and TRANSIT’s resident office DJ — driven by my curiosity to explore. I find clever and fun art direction fascinating, and I like to feed my passion for design through an endless consumption of internet inspiration, pop culture, TV series, and music. Animation is such an important part of my creative work: the power to make design move. Outside of work, I enjoy playing tennis and being spontaneous with my friends. My favorite color is turquoise and my Spotify playlists are out of this world.
A design graduate; visual storyteller, mean hommus maker and mother of two is the combo I offer with a large side of experimentation and regular bouts of creative genius. The line between art and design had always intrigued me and found myself very lucky to start-off my design career with Mathaf: The Arab Museum of Modern Art in 2010. When I'm not having a stare-down with my laptop screen, I'm dreaming up complex gastronomical recipes that I'm too impatient to follow.
Hailing from Baghdad, I'm a word smith with a healthy appetite for smart, accessible design. I'm allergic to poorly constructed communication tools, inaccessible experiences and stupid ideas. Having worked in different sectors around the world, my skill set is encyclopedic — vast, but mostly filled with useless knowledge. Just kidding, I'm super talented and can help you grow your ideas into big, beautiful, bountiful, life giving trees. When I'm not working on TRANSIT, I am either watching football, listening to obscure music from the 80s, working on a book that I will never write or on the look out for the world's best falafel sandwich.
I’m an certified UX Designer with a Master’s degree in web design & web project management from Querida, Barcelona. I’m always challenged by creating intuitive and easy to use digital products. As a trainee of Google, I'm also facilitating UX workshops that I’m newly passionate about. When off my desk, you can catch me either on a plane, or camping in the mountains. If not, I’ll be on Duolingo learning a new language for my next trip!
Jane of all trades - Master of No One. I'm a taciturn at the workstation then awes everyone with my creation. Will trade sleep for parties. Thank God For Netflix. A fat runner, a scuba diver, a sports enthusiast who never understood cricket, and a typical Filipina who can belt half the songs in a karaoke machine, I have always loved being creative and express my teeming thoughts through lines, sketches, and colors. Architecture has thought me to be precise and rigid but TRANSIT had me bend the rules to think within and outside the box. It's been FUN!
